A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free of cost (to a certain extent). We’ll transfer your site(s) to our avant–garde cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching hosting providers can result in lost data and unwanted network downtime. That is why we’ll perform all that for you for free!We’ve got qualified administrators whose principal task is to ensure that your site works exactly as it did on your previous web hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon well–known apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We try to carry out all web site migrations as fast as possible. Still, we don’t have a set time frame for website migrations. There are several factors that you need to take into account – the sheer size of your website and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We always try to implement each migration in under 48 hours. With less sizeable websites, our staff usually manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We don’t request any personal information. We will require, though, the login info for your present hosting account and the name of the site that you would like to transfer.

A: While we transfer your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. Once the migration is over, we will make sure that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your content is not compromised before notifying you that the transfer is completed. Then we will instruct you how to transfer the domain to your web hosting account with us and how to edit the DNS resource records.

A: No. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we do not require anything. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: Yeah. We support all common Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.Furthermore, we don’t support proprietary website building and administration tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
